I do apologize if we did mis diagnose your vehicle. And yes we did do an oil change on your vehicle. Not trying to make exceuses but it is possible that the equipment was not working right. Every customer that comes in here we give our very best service that we can. If you are to read alot of the reviews most of them are 4 and 5 stars. Again i am very sorry that you feel this was.
