They know their stuff for every car I've ever brought in. Easy to work with and easy to understand. They fix what's wrong, charge a fair price, and let me know what maintenance may be coming up.

Jason said that he has been working with them for 10 years and they seem to be an honest staff, and do what he needs. They don't tell him that things need to be fixed that don't, because they are very trustworthy.

New water pump on our 2013 Ford Explorer
What a job taking these Explorers apart just to get to the water pump.
They saw AC was starting to leak as well.
All new everything, great comunication, great price.

Solid work, great communication, with no up sales.
I lost my original mechanic and was forced to find a new one. This put me at several small shops and a dealership. Something i had been lucky enough to avoid for decades. About 8 years ago I ended up picking up my better halfs family vehicle from Auto Team. Enjoyed the easy back and forth and clear information. I had a very frustrating botched tune up from my dealership on my personal daily driver and took it in to Auto Team. They provided video of my back 3 ignition coils having NEVER been replaced. Clearly charged for new ones and the labor 3 times prior at other shops (they are rough getting to and the reason i have a shop handle them). I've been using them ever since. I don't need a lot of vehicle service and I owe that to Auto Team. I leave understanding whats coming up, exactly how much we're talking, and I don't waste half my day sitting around waiting. They've done an inspection on a new truck, and maintenance on several cars and vans for us now. Thank you Terry and the whole team down there.

Steering Rack Replacement
Terry and his crew of mechanics did an incredible job replacing a steering rack on my 2011 Corvette. Terry was able to locate the part needed for repair that the local dealership could not provide. His mechanics took the vehicle in first thing in the morning and worked all day to get the job completed before closing. This is my second time having a repair done with Auto Team Automotive repair and the workmanship has been excellent.
