Frustrated that I called to set up an appointment on Monday, and was told any day, so i said Thursday. I asked if he wanted my information and he said no he would get in when I came in. So it sounds like I didn't have an appointment.
I dropped off the car at around 3pm on Wednesday, assuming that I would be one of the first serviced ie 1st in 1st out.
On Thursday I called at 3P (24 hours later), and was told mine was the next car in. I received a call around 4p saying Inspection was good, but I needed an oil change. I agreed and he said the car would be ready by5P.
I don't feel like a valued customer at this point. As you will see by my records, we have two vehicles and bring them both to you.
With all that said I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was exactly the same as last years for the same work that was completed. It was a relief that you guys did not raise your labor prices.
