Outstanding local garage
Old fashioned service provided by an exceptional staff. Reminiscent of the old days when service mattered! I am a new customer, have been there twice- so far this establishment has met my expectations, and I am admittedly very hard to please. Bergman & Sons is my new “go to” garage!

Bethman Auto is the premier shop in Newtown!
I was scheduled to have my snow tires put on Monday. Sunday morning with the weather forecast calling for snow that day, Jeff Bethman calls me and says, “come in today before it snows”. They are closed on Sundays, but he came in to put my snow tires on! That’s outstanding customer service.

Dead battery in school line to pick up grandchild.
Car wouldn’t start. School Principal had to divert all cars around my vehicle as I was now blocking about 50 cars. Called AAA, they said they would send someone, My family called Bethman’s Garage. Kevin came in 10 min. Jumped battery, followed him to garage . Ordered a replacement battery. Called AAA to cancel. They told me truck would be out around 5:30. I called at 3:30 . My grand daughter and I would have been frozen. It was bitter cold! Bethman brothers so polite, efficient and price was reasonable! I always wondered why they had so many cars in their yard. ( I live in NJ) Now I know why. The absolute best encounter.Will now only have the Bethman Brothers service my vehicle. They also took care of my tire light being on and I didn’t even ask. My car is running perfectly!!

Very nice and efficient
I stopped in here by chance as I needed to have the vehicle I purchased inspected. They were really nice, scheduled me pretty quickly for the following week even in the midst of the holidays. I went for my appointment and waited around for it to completed, everyone there was very friendly and they had me out and on my way in very little time at all.

Pleased with the service and would recommend them, and go there again.
