Over charging, unnesesary work, did not stand behind ther previous evaluation
Buyer beware: Have been charged $183. just to have my car looke at at Millersville automotive. I have recently (31 days previous) sought advice and work (first time customer) from Millersville Automotive to look at my BMW435 because of suspected needed brake job. They said I needed an oil change ($255) and said the car was in otherwise "great shape" (not sure why they needed to change the oil). Since then, the engine started to smoke and an engine light came on so I took the car back to Millersville for the new problem and asked to have it looked at. Front desk Devin said I would need to pay $183 to have the car looked at again. The $183 would "not apply to any repair charges." That seemed high so I went elsewhere. The diagnoses at the new shop was a loose turbocharger intake hose.
Note: Millersville front desk person Devin was super creepy and looks like he has NEVER seen the inside of ANY engine (see what you think). This shop is padding their charges w unnesesary work (changing clean oil) and charging very much for just looking at a solid car a second time in a month after stating one month previous that the car was in "great shape." I am Sooo glad I went elsewhere.
If you need work, give any one else a shot at your car repair.
