Tire fixed
I stopped to get air in a low tire. They checked the air in all of my tires and found a nail in the tire that had lost pressure. I was able to make an appointment for that afternoon to have a the tire fixed. This service is greatly appreciated as I am elderly and a widow. So grateful for the fantastic service

Fast service when I called.

Loyal customer but recently disappointed.
Had a repair quote of 386.00. Upon picking up the vehicle total bill was over 600.00 dollars. This was after paying 253.00 dollars for an oil change and state inspection. A 75.00-dollar module scan fee was included with this. My feeling is they have great mechanics. This shop is owned by a different person than when I started going there. Just sharing my most recent experience. I was a customer for over 12 years. It might be time to find a new automotive repair business.

We are very sorry you feel this way Donald. The quote of $386.00 plus fluids and tax that was orginally quoted to you did not include the other two services you added on for our technician to do on the day of drop off. The technician did call you and let you that we could not replace the starter selenoid for you and that the oxygen sensor replacement would be $125.90 plus tax. The module scan was include with your first bill of $253.00 which was also quoted to you before performing. You agreed to and signed to have all the repairs to your vehicle completed. We are sorry to lose a customer who has been with us since we opened our shop 8 years ago. We wish you well in the future.

Good repair, very competitive pricing
In January of this year I had a drivetrain component replaced in my car. I called Synergy and they were more than glad to give me an estimate. The cost of the repair was what the tech said it would be. Satisfied with the work they do there, and appreciate the interaction between the staff and the customer.
