We now offer a full service center and pre owned car lot specializing in Subaru. We service all makes and model cars for lots of local residents in our area. SCAMMED ME FOR $469 DONT COME HERE
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR CAR FIXED. came in originally because my car did not start and wanted to get the battery, alternator, and starter checked out. Along with that, I needed my AC recharged and my brake light replaced. I was told on the phone that my brake light replacement would be included in the $469 they billed me for. Come to find out “the brake light was too complex and would take too much labor to replace” so they never replaced it. My bill stated my AC was diagnosed, found to br functioning properly, and just needed more Freon so cold air would be coming out. I GOT MY CAR BACK AND THE AC WAS STILL COMING OUT WARM AND THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CLAIMED THERE IS “A LEAK” WHEN IN THE BILL THEY SAID AC WAS TESTED ($220 COST) AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS FREON AND THEY STATED THEY PUT MORE IN MY CAR. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE WITH ME. I DO NOT NORMALLY COMPLAIN LIKE THIS BUT I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF $469 WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS. NEVER GO HERE. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY REFUSED TO EVEN FIX THE “LEAK” FREE OF EXTRA CHARGE WHEN THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME $469!!!!! I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL FILE A CLAIM TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP CRIMINALS !!!!
