Really friendly and professional team.
In the pass 12-13 years i take maybe more than 10 different vehicles from Lincoln Navigator, BMW, Mercedez Benz, Jeep, Dodge Durango and many others they always being reliable under different circumstances, even offer the towing service at any time.
And something i will like to point out there is the humanity and sympathy of management addressing the inconvenience of have a vehicle broken down and many times i see it, they offer "to pick up and drop off" customers at work or home or whatever is convenient for the customer.
Yes is always a busy shop, and sometimes the wait is a little longer, but in all those years as customer never being disappointed, even when something go out of their control, (even new staff have factory defect ) now imagine a use car, they always solve or suggest a solution for it, speaking for myself sometimes ordering parts directly from factory specially for foreign vehicle brands, they are always helpful and one of the things about this place is the warranty based in parts, is short term the customers don't see it or don't think about it but is the pass of the years like myself as a customer they save a lot for me with products that have warrantee and they replace (Charge for replacement an labor ) but you save in the part when is cover.
The price is really reasonable (cheap in compare with dealer Prices)
in all the jobs they do it for me i never feel i being paying extra or being abuse in any manner.
Real good mechanic shop with great people in the management and you see it reflected in the job they do and the many customer like me that come back everytime regardless of the issue they create a nice relationship of trust and reliability.
