Indifference to my car's issue _ No requested testing performed
I live 50 miles from the dealership so called and made an appointment with the service department as my hybrid is not performing as it should (mileage wise). It has not been performing well since October. We have had a very mild winter and this issue is not related to the weather. I asked for a diagnostic or something to be done to determine why it was so off. I got there, was told it would be 1.5 hours or so. I went shopping for another car with a salesperson. Turns out they only took it for a test drive on the highway and then said it was fine. I left very disappointed and shocked. My car is still not performing right and I have no idea why. No one looked at it at all. I received a follow-up text and responded, but never heard back. My prior visit with them was amazing... I do not understand what happened.
