Needed a retorque guy asked my name n if I had my tires installed their told him no im just off the street. I had my tires put on 75 miles ago n I had my family in the ride on the way to Ricelake, guy says no we can't do it im shortstaffed. While he could have tooken five mins out his day for us. I don't know why he asked my name for a retorque? Who does that? Ohh n if you think their service is cheap their radiator flush is 250+ plus dollars. Their the most expensive shop around. Please save your money n go to hayward for good car service. For someone to turn away a family to drive unsafe down the road was very rude. Luckily Walmart had my families back in ricelake. Thanks Walmart knew we could count on you n not Midway.
