After making an appointment a week in advance, I dropped my car off and was told to expect to have to leave it over night. I Called late afternoon the next day and was told it was being looked over but no updates. This went on for 3 days until I went in, in person. I was then told by the Mechanic that it hadn’t even been looked at and that’s what happens when it just gets dropped off, they try and get to get. After explaining the situation, he could only offer me an apology. I had literally been lied to for 3 days,
