After years of frustrating experience with Toyota service for our Prius, this Cadillac service experience was great. It was easy to schedule the appointment online, quick once I got in, and the team identified and fixed my problems quickly, while keeping me fully informed along the way with several calls on status. The BART shuttle was efficient and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Great job!
