Always perfect, friendly service

Fabulous trustworthy company
Words can’t express how thankful I am for this company. My vehicle was towed to their shop per recommendation from another shop and they didn’t disappoint. Jimmie and Kirsten communicated with me on a consistent basis & fixed the problem with my car at a reasonable price. This place will be my new home for anything concerning my car from now on.

Good customer service
They provided me with information about my options in the type of repairs I could have done, and benefits of either. It was expensive but I was kept informed as they did the work. I am happy with the outcome.

The ONLY car shop for me - Jimmy is the best
Jimmy and his shop are the main reason I feel safe owning a car - at all. His extensive knowledge, his honesty, and his creative, real-world problem solving - mean I can rely on him to do what my (old) cars need, but not more than they need. (I’m on a budget!) He came with the highest recommendation, years ago, and has always taken the very best care - of both me and my cars. 1000 stars

Engine light was on for first time ever…
The red light for check engine came on in my Scion car & the skid light was on too. So I took my Scion to Precision and as always they came through and they fixed the problem. I would recommend Precision to anyone that would like honest work and excellent repair job done to your vehicle. I’ve been going to Precision for over 30 years. Never had a problem there.
