I would give a perfect review with the exception of the car cleaning service. Whenever the manager of that department is involved they do a great job, but if he is not there not so much. I am very detailed oriented and when I think of cadillac I think of excellence, so I am always disappointed when they clean my car but don't do the windows or some other thing like that, it seems like a no brainer.
