I am impressed with how friendly everyone was from the mechanics to Jolene l. I had never been there but their big sign out front was so inviting especially the part ALL MAKES & MODELS. I have a Volvo with a non functioning heater & fan & did not have to go all the way to Tacoma to get it fixed. Everything was explained to me & given in writing without me asking. They were friendly & knew ever supplier by name. They even helped one of the suppliers who himself was having car issue.
