Waste of time
Tires came a week late when they finally arrived tires couldn't be installed on my vehicle. I was asked to come back again and they wanted to charge me 400 dollar more than they quoted me

Adam, I'd like to break this down into three parts: The tires did come a week late. Unfortunately, that wasn't something we had any control over. My supplier promised them to me within a week and I passed that delivery date over to you. But my supplier didn't deliver them until two weeks later. I do agree that this is frustrating when it happens. Next, the tires that we ordered were two pairs of tires; one pair of discontinued tires with white letters at a VERY nice price and the other pair without white letters at normal price. The problem that happened was that nobody involved with ordering the tires considered the possibility that these tires might require directional installation. (meaning that the tires had to be installed so the white letters were showing) I accept responsibility for this, and I apologize. I was the sales guy who helped you pick these tires out, and I was the one who should have considered that directional installation may be required. When the directional problem was discovered, the tires could still have been installed. But you decided that having four tires with matching sidewalls was important. And I understand. Mis-matched sidewalls do look odd. However, we did tell you before you originally ordered the tires that the two tires at the VERY nice price were priced that way because they were different and discontinued. When the discontinued tires wouldn't work, the price did have to go back to the standard pricing. That $400 was not a price increase. You decided not to take advantage of the $400 price break that the discontinued tires offered. We do apologize again for the inconvenience to you.
