First time there- I was pleased by the clear explanation of what my car needed & especially by the friendly customer service. Repairs ran behind schedule, but not terribly, & I take that for granted with virtually all auto service; what was unusual was the small discount they gave me for things running late. That stood out. Also, wifi in the waiting area is a plus.
