Cannot get anyone answer phone. Have left numerous voicemail messages and no one calls you back. Maybe if said I was interested in buying a car (which I’m not), someone would call me back immediately.
Unable to get anyone answer phone. If this is a new phone service/system they need to change immediately!! My car is still under warranty...Atzenhoffer could not figure problem so had take to Mak Haik...4 different times. Paul, the Service Manager never returns calls (WHEN you actually get to speak to a human...called 10 times in one day & finally spoke to a human...got transferred to Paul’s voicemail) so don’t bother leaving a message..never calls back. I’ve heard NUMEROUS people complain about this dealership and it is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal with. They need to fix this ASAP.
