The first time the vehicle was taken in, it took three weeks to get vehicle back. While they had it, kept getting told that they're working on it, never responded what quote or wasn't told what was wrong, just repaired something completely distant what was originally brought in for. A couple of weeks later vehicle was still leaking oil when we're out of town and smoking. This time the mechanic didn't put seals in and truck is leaking oil, while the dealership files the chages on our warranty company and should have paid for it themselves. We'll see what happens next!!! Don't take your vehicle here, you'll come out with new and more problems afterwards. Evidently they don't have qualified or certified mechanics working on Ford vehicles!!! Beware!!!
