Poor service
Drove over an hour to look at a vehicle and possibly trade and staff was not helpful at all. Roberta did not even ask for my information to run numbers for the vehicle. Only thing she did was ask was what we wanted our monthly price range to be around and how much money we would be putting down, came back with pricing without asking for my license, social, etc. How could they possibly run a credit check with no information? When trying to work with Roberta, she refused to talk numbers and sent us on our way after we said that her numbers were not going to work for us. No negotiating, no talk, nothing. Left very disappointed and unimpressed.
