My husband bought a car back in June from here and after 2 months it broke down completely. Luna said there was nothing they could do, wrote an initial review about them saying they scammed us and sold him a faulty car and then Luna reached out saying if we took down the review they would lessen the car repairs and get him into something else….
Their price on repairs were thousands more than the specialized shop we took it to, Luna still mentioned once the car was repaired that they would still help get him into another car and buy the Subaru Impreza back. During the repairs, we reached out to them several times with no response. Now that more than $15,000 has gone into this car and it has a brand new engine, my husband went into Luna and they told him they don’t want his car on their lot so they’d “look for a wholesaler”, and low and beyond, crickets again. All they do is lie.
This place is the worst auto center ever, I have never dealt with this kind of response from a car dealership. And reading the other reviews it seems like they sell a lot of faulty cars. So if you’re looking to pay for an overpriced, broke down car go here, otherwise steer clear and go anywhere else.
