Locked out

I have been going to Lou's total car care for the 5 years I have lived in Florida. I have moved multiple times and now live 25 mins from the location and am still loyal as I have had nice experiences prior. However my last experience was less than satisfying. I informed I would need my cars keys left after hours as I had to work in Naples and would either pick up my keys at the office or if the office was closing keys would be dropped off next store for me to pick up. I arrived 2 mins before 5 and shop was being closed so I assumed my keys would be avail next store. My keys were not dropped off and no one in the next store had any way to get a hold of the owner. And they were closed the next day. Not only did I have no way to get into my house but had to stay with a friend and drive the next am to one and a half hours each way out of town to get my extra set. This put quite a damper on my weekend as I needed to pack to move - I left a message Sunday and no call back. Called Monday afternoon and was apologized too. I just felt this type of situation would be taken more serious based on my voicemail left and my loyality as a customer. There was no options presented to make the situation better.
