Feolice said he was overcharged for the service and repairs that was done. He has a new issue with the power steering pump, which he will change himself. The price was expensive to remove a couple of bolts.

Was ok
Came to get my oill pressure sensor replaced and they did a good job of replacing the sensor. The issue i had was when I got home my hood strut that keeps the hood open no longer worked, and I know it worked the night prior because I spent the night figuring out what needed to be fixed. I mentioned it to them and they just kept arguing, and I said forget it I'll pay for it cause it's not worth my time.

People are great and service is great and extremely professional
Lou's has a talented team of professionals. In the past they have been able to diagnose and resolve a problem caused by another vendor and that baffled other service centers. That was my first trip to Lou's and now I will not go anywhere else.
This most recent visit was when I woke to a dead battery Thursday morning. Jumped the car and went immediately to Lou's. There well stocked battery selection had the battery I needed and they had me in and out in 30 minutes including charging system, alternator and other related checks.
I highly recommend this professional team and Lou is extremely knowledgeable on everything automotive.

Awesome
I love this company they have been there for me and my husband and treats us like family. I will always bring my car to them no matter what vehicle I have. I recommend them to anyone. If you go for something and they see something else that will let you know and give you the option to get it fix.

Emergency tire replacement
Lou, Rachel, Nora + team are amazing. I have used them on numerous occasions for a variety of repairs and they are always easy to work with, pleasant, and honest. Lou’s has always been extremely quick and efficient, and they have the sweetest little garage dog named Panda you can play with while you wait. Highly recommend.

I have been a service customer of Lou’s for 9 years. I have nothing but praise for the Lou’s. I just had electrical issues and they cleared it up at a very reasonable price.

Be aware of pricing
We took one of our 3 cars in for an oil change , synthetic $105. So far ok, got the usual call the the air and cabin filters should be changed as well as the wiper blades. I asked for the price and misheard the total! ( my fault for sure) bottom line $225 for 2 filters and a set of wiper blades is outrageous! On top of this they now charge a 3% fee for credit/debit charges!
