Inaccurate and incomplete service, with long wait time
Long wait time (approx. 4 hours), even with a morning appointment; inaccurate check-in and service inspection report; dashboard still indicates service required (wasn’t reset); and incomplete work (e.g., tires not filled, car not washed, etc. in spite of being told these things would be taken care of). Very disappointed.
