I called ahead on a Thursday morning and was told there was no wait. Get to LMC about 10:30 am. There was a problem with the car's idling after the oil change. The technician finally diagnosed the issue - the air filter was not sealed/placed properly and was quickly corrected. The Service techs and advisors kept me updated on my cars status, which was very appreciated.
