I came in for a Wheel Alignment. Ar9ound 9:30 in the morning I received a call tht it was completed. I was asked if there was anything else I needed while it was in the shop. I asked for a quote on my hood latch which would ot open very well and for the hydraulics on my lift door in the rear. I was called back immediately and told the price of the lift door and that they had adjusted the latch already and it would not cost me anything. When I arrived to pick it up, my car was ready and the parts manager has heard a noise that my steering column had been making for over a yr. I had been told by another repair shop that the whoel steering column would have to ome off and it would be over $800.00. The service manager asks me to hold on a minute and then tells me that he fixed it. It was a rubber boot that just needed a little WD40 sprayed on it. I was very thankful for such a great experience as my car is older and will need repairs. I will definatley recommne this to my friends and will put it on my facebook page for those in Spring to go to LMC.
