The service at Lee Hill is usually pretty exceptional. However, this last visit was not perfect. The first issue we had was a misquote over the phone about pricing. It was quickly remedied by the manager on duty (reduced by $50), but it was still frustrating to be told one thing and then handed a quote for another. The second issue was the trash left in the car. It appeared to have a few items normally stored in the glove compartment (napkins, first aid kit) on the floor that had been stepped on. This wouldn't have been an issue if whomever was looking in the compartment just threw away what was soiled and not left in the car.
