I had a window pane replaced and it leaked. After I informed them of the poor job and that the window was leaking; they stated that there was nothing they could about it. The the beading broken when they removed it from the window. I asked why did you not replace the beading or at least inform me of the problem. I requested a refund of the labor only, because my husband had to fix it. They refused to refund the labor. I would never trust these crooks. Very dishonest company..
