Both Ken and Josh demonstrated the utmost care for my vehicle and myself. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. I wish everyone operated with the same level of care, as the two of them! I originally came in because I wasn't happy with the Mercedes Dealership's Service and their insanely high rates. One of my headlights went out and LBR immediately got to work with an extremely fair rate. I had plenty of questions related to my car and servicing and they have answered each one diligently. I also appreciate how they have never made me feel stupid or like I am taking up too much of their time. I have come in a few different times to ask questions and to better understand my car, each time they have been ready to help. They have never overcharged me and I can't say the same about the dealership I used to take my car to. They truly care about their customer and want to take the time to make sure you can understand everything that you want to. At the same time, they are uber professional and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. After my recent experience with them and the trust they quickly built with me, I will exclusively take my car into LBR.
