They answer the phone with "Late Model. Can you hold, please", and then immediately place you on hold without waiting for a response. I was on hold for 20 minutes, hung up, called back and the same thing happened. All I had was a question that would've taken 10 seconds in entirety and the call would have been over. Wow. If this is your customer service then I want no parts of your service or what you are selling.
