Sideswiped by who knows who???
My car was sideswiped in Walmart parking lot to the tune of over $6000
Repairs done made car look like new great quality and customer service
They went above and beyond to make sure I was informed of the repair process, and when I picked up my vehicle there were no surprises. And they cleaned it INSIDE and OUT! It looks amazing. They went out of their way to get me. Great service.
From start to finish I enjoyed this experience at Van. The collision center was very clean and the staff was very professional. They got me in and out quickly and my car looked amazing when I got it back! Highly recommended!
The repair done to my car was great. The staff kept me informed of the progress and my car was actually ready sooner than what had been estimated! I was shocked to be honest. Quality of work is excellent.

Repairs were pretty good, Total shop time was not good
I slid into a curb during an ice-storm and damaged my front wheel and suspension. It took over 3wks to get an estimate done and parts ordered. Over half of the total time was spent waiting for an estimate to be done! I work in the trucking industry and it usually takes 1-2hrs to get an estimate done, not 22 days! Then when I got the car back after 6wks they said they didn't notice the damage to the wheel and it would need to come back to the shop for another 2-3 days.
