Very bad experience
Very bad experience happened which was the fault of this dealership and its lack of customer service in the service dept. Requested multiple times to speak with service dept. manager and was never contacted by him to resolve the problem.Would give 0 stars if it allowed it.

Ms. Valentin, our sincere apologies for any miscommunication during your recent visit. I was able to review your repair order and confirm that the final repair was to replace ground wiring bolt that secured the ground strap for the starter and alternator. This was a difficult diagnosis since the fault was not always present and was an intermittent issue. Our apologies for the second trip, however electrical gremlins are sometimes evasive and stubborn to diagnose. We can understand your frustration and want you to know we always value our customers time and make every valid attempt to fix things right the first time. In this particular case, it unfortunately did take a second visit, however on this visit we were able to duplicate the concern and correct the issue for a final repair. Although this technically was not an issue typically covered under the factory warranty, it was taken care of by the dealership and their was never a charge to you for the services rendered. Lancaster Hyundai does provide a quality service and finds it unfortunate and troublesome for all parties when electrical issues cause extended headaches. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience during your recent visit.
