Purchased a car - product applied at dealership damaged car - dealership will not rectify
Purchase brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited on 07-25-2023.

We got the interior protection for our car and drove home - this is what the leather seats look like now.

The dealership has been less than easy to work with with - dodged phone calls, not returning phone calls/VM (Nick Seaton - Finance Director)

We were offered aftermarket seat covers with a budget of $1800. However that won't match the color, perf pattern or the arm rests or the rest of the car for that matter.

My car has around 2,000 miles with the 60 day tag still on it and this is what I am dealing with for over 3 weeks now!!!

Yes, this was professionally cleaned by the Car Detailing Manager at the Lawrence location and he stated the leather seats needed to be replaced on 08-25-2023.
