Excessive fee for doing nothing

Took a older vehicle to just get a fuel filter replaced , low and behold, told not worth fixing but was charged a fee for them to just tell me that it's not worth it ? Go figure , it's like Kmart automotive all over again along with Sears ? Worked for both and they use to tell us to charge for things that didn't need fixing , I will stay away from here ! Fuel filter change takes how long with a lift ? Lol
