Beat the hell out of my car
Had work done on my car. Went there to replace the transmission. Bashed in the nose and scratched the trunk paint down to the metal. Didn’t install the bolt on the top of the bell housing. Couldn’t even reinstall the shift knob straight. Horribly experience. $1.4k to get the body and paint work done. I’ll never EVER use them or recommend any to anyone given my experience. Awful. Mint car treated like a used Yugo.

Shady Chop Shop
They hired the drug addict who stole my catalytic converter, after I paid them to repair my vehicle. KZ Automotive is a shady chop shop. My vehicle was stolen by Robert Elliot and abandoned on the side of the road. I brought it to KZ Automotive to have it repaired. I asked if any additional damage had been done and they lied to me. A couple months later I went back and saw Robert Elliot working for them. These people are liars, drug addicts and criminals.

Great sbop
Great shop tried another mechanic and just got robbed for almost 1000$ never should have tried anyplace else They are good to me get my car in quickly and I never over pay. Won't go anyplace else to have my car fixed loved mechanic there and girl up front in a doll.

Good shop
Took an older vehicle in to have some weird noises diagnosed. I received a call very quickly after dropping it off, and was informed of the work that needed to be done. It was an extensive list, but all were definitely mandatory. I gave them the ok, and I was told it might be a couple days. Received the call 2 business days later and car was good to go. The tech did great work and I am sure I will have many more trouble free miles from this car.

Excessive fee for doing nothing
Took a older vehicle to just get a fuel filter replaced , low and behold, told not worth fixing but was charged a fee for them to just tell me that it's not worth it ? Go figure , it's like Kmart automotive all over again along with Sears ? Worked for both and they use to tell us to charge for things that didn't need fixing , I will stay away from here ! Fuel filter change takes how long with a lift ? Lol
