Not happy.
Our car hyundai sonata, been going back to maintenace so many times. Im very dissapointed, we bought brand new car from Different dealer we never experince this.

Safety Inspection
Dropped off vehicle at 9:30am for a 10am appointment. Was told that a few cars had just arrived immediately before me and that my car would be done an hour later as a result. Made it seem as though these customers didn't have appointments but were given priority because they arrived before me. Not the way I would do business. Was a few minutes late to my next appointment as a result.

Air Conditioning problem
Air conditioning was blowing hot. Service center diagnosed as leak in evaporator core. Scheduled another appt to fix that- after bringing the car in for that appt I was informed at that appt they did not have the part, so we had to reschedule for another day. Rescheduled replaced evaporator core. After using the car for 1 day after the replacement A/C was still blowing hot. Went to back service center and diagnosed issue as broken ac compressor. Once that was fixed issue was resolved, air conditioning was working properly.

It's always a pleasure to get service at Kona Hyundai
Thank you to the entire service staff -- from the girls at the desk, to the mechanics that have kept my little green car running in top form, through 144K miles, and 18 years!!!! We love LOVE the staff in the service department -- and THAT is why we take all 3 of our cars to them.... (and all 3 were purchased at Kona Hyundai) An extra special "high five" to Sherrie in the office, who is extra special -- and the head mechanic in the shop (who's name I can never remember....but he's MAGNIFICENT)

Very happy customer
I highly recommend Hyundai because of their fast and great service. The staff was also friendly and the driver who picked me up to take me back to pick up my car, super nice and friendly as well. It made the ride back very comfortable.
All in all, great day for me, despite the all day without a car. Then again, I got to do a lot at home while waiting for my car to be done. So yes, all in all, good day. :)

Mr Bart, I am sorry you feel that Covid is an excuse. We are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. We would not want anyone to be part of this pandemic. As for the facility, yes for now the waiting room is closed so customers must sit outside in the open air.
