Purchase vehicle
We were met immediately by the salesman--other dealerships we were ignored. We were asked what we were looking for and how much we are looking at for a payment. With those parameters we found a used Rav 4 they recently got in trade. We bought the car and financed it through the dealership in record time.

‘24 Santa Cruz purchase
From the very moment I walked through the door, until I drove away in the new truck a week later, Austin made the whole experience extremely easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend KOLAR Hyundai to anyone looking for a good vehicle, new or used. They definitely know their stuff!

Horrible Customer Service
I have waited a week to get a return call from the service department after contacting them multiple times. They do not answer their phones or return voice mails. They are all about selling you a car and then after the sale you no longer exist. Is a 5-minute call too much to ask? My next car will not be from Kolar.

New vehicle purchase
I was impressed with the staff at this Hyundai in Duluth MN. Michael had the vehicle ready when I first went to see the car. They answered all my questions and concerns I had. Eric took his time in explaining all the extra functions and he was very patient when I needed him to repeat things for me. The whole purchase experience went smoothly and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Thanks for making this happen so quickly. I am very happy with my car and very impressed with this dealership.

Superb work!
Erik reached out to present the option of insuring I get what I want as my lease was about to expire soon and the car shortage was showing no indications of letting up. He had a couple options for me and had received some approvals to expedite my lease plan about 6 weeks early in order to make sure I was set moving forward. He had two new lease options within my budget, one vehicle model we hadn't talked about - as I did not know this new model existed (Venue). He considered my need to move my work projects around and that it might be the better fit for me. It turned out to be the perfect fit. He was patient with me and we got through setting up the lease efficiently and without hassle. Had remarkable experience.

Review update
After some confusion about having to make a second appointment everything was resolved satisfactorily For the next appointment my car will be picked up at my home and returned when the service is completed so I won’t have to miss time from work again.

Recall work
Called 3 weeks prior to set up service with parts ordered and ready- Arrived no parts and no service done- now additional 3 weeks and day missed from work

The recall is an inspection first, then depending on the results, we have to send information to Hyundai for authorization to order the part. Frozen battery
Battery was dead and had to call roadside assistance. They got us going, then took to dealership to check the battery. They got us in right away; charged it up; that was the problem. Weather just too cold!!

Excellence at its best!
We recently purchased a new vehicle for our son and to say we were impressed was an understatement. Buying a car is definitely not the thing that most people want to do, but every staff person there made the experience so easy. Erik Yanda is very professional and thorough.
