Norma said she did not get all of the service work she requested. She asked for a diagnostic testing of her transmission and that was not done. This was found out when the service advisor started to go over her work done. The service advisor did not finish going over all that was done with her vehicle. After she arrived home she went over her paperwork and found that her throttle needed to be cleaned and it was not done. She would like the business to offer package deals or groupings instead of all work to be charged separately.
