While in town on vacation we experienced tire problems. Stopped in at Klamms hoping to get a diagnosis and a repair without losing valuable vacation time. Jared stopped his work and checked our problem. It was determined that we had a bad tire and needed an alignment. Replacement tires had to be ordered and I was advised to be in at 800 AM the next day to have them installed. The next day my new tires were installed at 800 AM and an alignment done. We were treated with professionalism and kindness and sacrificed no loss of vacation time. We were done at 930 AM and on our merry way to the next stop in northern Wisconsin. Great business and great people!!!
