Was not told of a 3% charge for using a credit card. Also was not told about a charge for a Safety check.
It seems like they did quality work, time will tell.
I was hoping to start a new relationship on repair services.
I don't know what to expect with them.
So I will continue with Firestone.

We had trouble with our Jeep Rubicon Recon 2017. 65,000 miles. The engine light was on and Jarred worked very hard to find out what was wrong and fix it . We are very pleased with the outcome and the cost was very reasonable. We appreciate your help .

Warranty Suspension Work
Afew months ago, they replaced the rack and pinion system and the rest of the suspension on my 99 4 Runner. One of the parts on the rack started leaking. We called Jared and he ordered a full new replacement. He honored the warranty and replaced the bad parts at no cost, except for the steering fluid. They do great work and are very easy to work with.
