Matthew said he was completely satisfied with the body work in that it was alright. It's a tow truck, and it didn't need to be perfect. He rated 3 on his overall experience because the one day he called to find out about his vehicle no return call was made, but other than that his experience was alright. Matthew was satisfied with the paint work but there were a couple runs and chips in the repaired area, but he repeated it was a tow truck. The repair was delayed 1.5 weeks due to the insurance company he had to deal with. Matthew wasn't satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because he knew the crack in the windshield was part of the accident, but they kept saying it wasn't part of the accident, so he gave up. He knew better.
