Took in my 2017 Wrangler JK for a new oil column. Scheduled it in advance. They were ready for me when I came in, had it ready when they said they would, and no surprise costs. They even cleared it off for pick up after a +/- 10" snowstorm. The automated check-in and payment system is also handy.
