My vehicle was in the collision center for almost 2 months. Chris was unprofessional and not helpful once I began asking questions on the length of time it was taking for my car. It got to the point where my husband had to call and speak to him because he was cold, unprofessional, and had all sorts of smart comments to make. The repairs were good. But my battery had been drained so I picked up my car and went to work, when I left work I had to have it jumped and a new battery obtained. I have always taken vehicles to keatons however I will be finding someone else for any other issues.
