can't get my tires rotated as no one is answering the phone
My review at 3:15pm: I had an oil change and they verified I need my tires rotated as part of the service. But their lifts were all full and I would have to come back. Then when I went to pay I was told their credit card machine was down so I had to walk to the bank for cash.
I tried calling them twice today to see if I could get the tires rotated but there was no answer after 12-15 rings each time. I called the number on the survey request and was told that number is no longer valid. He suggested I call tomorrow and they should be open?
What is going on here?
