Not for European vehicles
They were able to do an oil change just fine but misdiagnosed a German specific part. I did not have then complete the extra work as the needed part did not sound right for my symptoms. I had also tried to have the front desk gal see how much the service price changed by removing one of the recommended items. She only removed the few dollar part and not the whole labor for that service.

This shop is probably great for American vehicles but not for European. The front desk gal might need a little bit more training on how to separate each service charge.
