First time having a car modified.
Had coil overs installed, asked for the car to be lowered and leveled. They told me they drove it around the block so the coils would settle…. They weren’t settled, when they did settle both front fenders dented.
Brought the car back due to a loose nut on one of the front coilovers, they fixed it, but managed to lose a lug nut.
Went for an alignment at Firestone and was informed a camber plate was incorrectly installed.
Brought it back and they fixed it.
Brought back to have rear camber arms installed (benefit of the doubt) and the charged $100 more than stage 6 and jax spec quoted me.
Icing on the cake, owner said “we charge more because we are meticulous.”
Now my front passenger side feels like it has no suspension at all.

Rear Main seal R/R
My Tahoe was leaking about a qt of oil weekly. They Replaced/ Repaired the Rear Main seal. Highly recommended

I was in need of getting tires mounted on my car because my previous tires were mismatched, but I couldn't find a reputable place to get it done at without having the rims get all messed up or have a long wait time.
The guys here are very friendly and easy to start conversation with and are more than willing to help, got there exactly at closing time (please dont be like me) and they did not refuse me service.
All in all would definitely recommend.

This shop continues to impress me with the diligence of their service.
Joker is nothing to laugh at, it's a nice shop, with a professional atmosphere. Quality diagnosis, reliable parts, reasonable rate, my car is running smoothly. Joker performed a multi-point inspection, diagnosed two different issues that were causing the engine to run roughly, after replacing the fuel pump, and knock sensor, my vehicle runs just as well as it did when it was brand new. If you are looking for a quality repair facility I highly recommend them.
