Auto was chugging
Brought car in when it started chugging. Figured it was sparkplug related. Craig quickly diagnosed and ordered part. Then also did an oil change that was needed.

Will was my hero
After checking all possible reasons for the cause and solution for the problem, will found the solution. However, the part he ordered was missing part of it. He was given the run around trying to exchange it, thus the delay in repair. I would and have recommended this shop to anyone needing repairs. I've used it for years.
