I was at the beginning of a 12-hour drive, with a flight to catch at the end, when my alternator and battery went out. It was early morning, and when I called Joel, he got me in quickly so I could get back on my way to Colorado. He was kind, professional, and HONEST! As a woman traveling alone, it’s good to know that I’m getting honest treatment and a good deal. If I lived in Montclair, Joel’s automotive would be my first choice.
