The folks at DRS recently replaced my alternator and also squeezed in an oil changed, as a last minute request, during the visit (saved me from having to make another visit).
Always excellent service. Never have I had to take my car back into be serviced after they fix it. They do it right the first time and at a good price. No jacked up prices here.I bring both my cars here to be serviced. Plus they have courtesy service to pick you up or take you back home or work.
Was heading out for some errands and I noticed tell tale signs that the battery might be nearing end of life. Pulled into DRS and asked if the could do a quick-check on the system. They scanned the system and saw the battery was bad, but no other issues with the system. They didn't have the battery in stock, but it took only about 5-minutes to get a replacement sent over, and it was installed right away, so I was in and out of the shop pretty quickly.
Really glad that I decided to pull in and have the battery checked (it started doing the dreaded click/no turn over during the system check) instead of getting stuck in some parking lot begging for a jump-start.
Service is only what you need and prices are reasonable
I just needed basic annual services and safety inspection for my 2020 Ford transit connect. They charged me under $100. It’s not a fancy place, but everyone was quite helpful and there’s a little corner where you can get a cup of coffee or tea while you’re waiting.
I called in early am to make an appointment, was helped immediately upon arrival (Sam), driven to work and called when worked had been completed. All before lunch time. It is a great place to get my car needs addressed.
