Oil Change
I was recommended this place by a friend. The customer service was top tier and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’ve had some past experiences with places in waco that haven’t been so great and it’s been a bit discouraging, so finding this place has been a relief. Very satisfied with everything and will definitely be back!

Quick sec at fair price
Originally brought in for vibration. They found bad tires, and discovered body bushings. I added trans filter change when they called. Price for everything was discussed at that point.

A shield was pulled loose under the front bumper
The shield under my front bumper was pulled loose so I took it in and these folks repaired it at no charge and that is just one reason why I go back every time I need service. They are honest, trustworthy and do great work

The procedure was explained to me at all stages of the service. There was discussion of synthetic oil change grade and the HEB coupon synthetic 25.99 did not apply, that is misleading.
This is a used car and I wanted to set up a good maintenance status. My husband recommended Jesse Britt and I decided to use the coupon. My previous car was a 2005 Camry with over a 150000 miles and I took the car to Dunns Auto for service. I hope I have made a good change. All of your employees are polite and approachable.
I arrived at 8:00 and service was complete by 9:30 since there were other clients ahead of me. A woman employee asked me if I needed a ride to my house, I declined since I didn’t have a ride back to JB.

Oil change
Very professional, very enjoyable experience. In and out very promptly. They answered all my questions very informatively. When I asked them about a repair? They recommended another shop because they could do it a lot cheaper because they specialize in that type of auto work.
